华盛顿中国领事馆办理中国签证，新规定，凡第一次办理中国签证的美裔华人，需要提供绿卡复印件，华人代办中国签证的具体要求如下：
1）美国绿卡复印件或照片 （只有正面也行）；
2）如果美国护照与原中国护照姓名不相符合，则须提供，结婚证或者改名纸。
如果没有绿卡复印件的话，请另外准备3份文件：
1）当初进美国的中国护照复印件；
2）当初进美国的美国签字页复印件；
3）当初移民局给的通知信的复印件，如果没有留底，请写一份“
声明书 ”，说明一下没有留底的原因，然后签字扫描。
如果以上材料也没有，则需要去华盛顿大使馆面签。
