孩子在中国出生，但是父母其中一方或双方持有美国护照，美国驻中国领事馆一般给给小孩颁发美国护照和美国的出生纸，但是在孩子出境中国的时候需持有中国的出入境通行证。而这类孩子在第二次返回中国时，是需要办理旅行证，还是中国签证？怎么判断如下：
情况1）父母双方在孩子出生时，都持有美国护照或美国绿卡，则办理中国签证。
情况2）父母双方在孩子出生时，一方或双方持有美国绿卡，则也是办理中国签证。
情况3）父母双方其中一方，竟持有美国护照，另一方只是中国护照，没有绿卡，则只能办理旅行证。
1）所有出入境的原件（例如，出入境通行证，美国护照）；
2）中国的出生证，又称出生医学证明。
3）美国国务院颁发的出生纸。
4）声明书；
5）父母护照复印件，绿卡复印件。
