To obtain an Apostille from the office of The Maine Secretary of State, Matthew Dunlap, through the Division of Bureau of Corporations, Elections and Commissions in Augusta follow the guidelines:

The Secretary of State will only authenticate and Apostille documents issued in Maine and must be signed by State Registrars, notaries public, Dedimus Justices and county or constitutional officers.
