Considerations for Georgia vital records:
- Obtained through the office of vital records.
- Within the last five years.
- With a pen in hand signature.
- Birth, death and marriage certificates documents do not need to be notarized because the seal and signature is already acceptable for apostille.
- If you have a certificate (birth or marriage) issued by Probate Court make sure it has a handwritten signature, no signature stamps will be acceptable.

- Please request the office of the School registrar to issue a signed and notarized copy of your Diploma and or transcript the school and also type a note on the school letterhead acknowledging the truthfulness of the copy.
