目前，10年的探亲签证一般情况下都会批准120天有效期的，而10年的旅游签证只会批准90天。也可以申请2年有效的180天的中国签证。
特殊情况下，才会批准10年有效期的180天的中国签证。具体情况，可致电客服了解相关问题。
纽约领事馆一般情况：
65岁以上，5岁以下，或者一次180天有效，可以申请180天停留，但是也不保证，具体看领事审核。
