如果孩子从未回过中国，就写孩子出生至今从未回过中国。
如果孩子之前用旅行证回过中国，要把孩子之前回国的日期详细列出。一定要写自
**年**月**日回到美国后再也没有回过中国。我们自愿办理签证。父母双方的签字。
