非美国护照 – 申请中国签证
如果申请人持有非美国护照申请中国签证，所需准备的额外材料为：
合法停留或居留证明:有效工作或是学习签证或其它有效长期居留签证。旅游签证来美，需要回到原住国申请
*如果是工作签证，需要附上移民局批准信和公司的证明信，如拿的是TN工作签证，没有移民局批准信，需要公司在职证明信。移民局批准信复印件或在职证明信
**如果是学生，需要I20证明 I20复印件
非美国护照申请人，通常无法得到多次入境批准，即使之前有过多次入境签证。一般可选3个月1次或6个月2次。
